  • I'd personally recommend the HH > DM > OWB > LR order, but if you really want to start the DLC early but don't feel ready for DM (like I said, it isn't kidding about recommending a pretty high level if you want to have a good shot at meeting various stat requirements) feel free to swap the middle two. I'd prefer not to say any more to avoid spoilers, but basically you'll be fine whether you do OWB before DM or the other way around. It has a higher recommended level and that recommendation is not for nothing, as DM is overall more demanding on high skill and stat checks than OWB. Old World Blues itself basically confirms it's intended to be second to last, but a decent argument can be made that Dead Money, in some ways, makes more sense. Lonesome Road should be the end because it's very much a "finale" DLC, the whole thing is designed around it, it's really obvious and you'll see what I mean. Honest Hearts should be the starting point because all of the other three are a lot more connected story-wise.
